As part of a continued safety training program, Lengacher Bros., Inc. sent four employees to a Building Constructors Association of Northeast Indiana (BCA) Rigging and Signaling Certification Training class on Monday.

“This certification allows us to utilize our own employees to set and signal trusses on large multi-story buildings where outsources were hired in the past,” said Steve Lengacher, co-owner of Lengacher Bros. “The additional education is an example of our commitment to be a leader in the industry with compliance to safety standards, and we take every opportunity to develop and train employees in areas to keep our crews up-to-date on equipment and constantly remind them of safety improvements.”

The eight hour class offers a two-year certification and included classroom and on-site training.
