HISTORY

Lengacher Bros., Inc. (Lengacher Brothers) began primarily as a wood framing residential construction contractor and has grown to include complex, specialized, wood, log, and metal construction for a host of large commercial market projects.

Lengacher Bros., Inc., is owned by Steve Lengacher. The construction company was established by his father (Leroy) and uncle (Bill) in 1980. Ownership changed when Steve joined the company in 1994, again when Leroy passed away in 2011, and most recently when Steve gained full ownership in 2015. Bill managed the residential construction side until his retirement in 2017.

Originally, the two brothers (Leroy and Bill) each owned separate construction companies with other brothers before joining together. Leroy was in business for five years with brother Les, while Bill was in business for four years with Paul, who then contributed to the growth and success of Lengacher Bros. and remained a staple to our support and reputation until his passing in 2017.

All three Lengacher brothers and Steve have grown up in the construction industry and have built a solid foundation of respect in the area. We look forward to building a long-term relationship with you.
